Responsibilities: Supervise and carry out maintenance activities related to the disciplines of Electrical and Instrumentation.

We have a vacancy for Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor!

Activities: • Plan the electrical operation, monitoring and locating defects of the equipment under your responsibility; • Plan, record and execute preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities of electrical systems and instruments, using maintenance management (SAP or similar); • Perform installations of electrical equipment and instruments, making modifications when necessary and working together with the teams of outsourced companies; • Perform daily inspection, testing and optimization of equipment, according to the programmed routines; • Read and interpret electrical diagrams, process diagrams, short circuit and selectivity studies; • Prepare and issue list of electrical and instrument maintenance tasks, as well as service reports; • Identify, diagnose and report equipment and components such as electric motors, cables, transformers, rectifiers, PTEs, generators, transmission lines and other components of power, command and protection bridges; • Carry out the field survey, supporting the preparation of preliminary documents of electrical projects, such as diagrams and bills of materials; • Supervise the issuance of reports of services of third parties and subcontractors; • Control the use and consumption of electrical materials, performing the requisition of materials, when necessary, through computerized maintenance systems; • Apply internal procedures, aiming to comply with legal requirements during the maintenance and operation of equipment, systems and processes of the installation, especially those indicated as critical elements for safety, in order to avoid risks of serious accidents and accidents within the work area; • Update the information in the appropriate forms; • Ensure compliance with scheduled preservation activities; • Perform tests and tests on cables and electrical equipment in order to ensure their integrity; • Carry out maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all instruments of the installation; • Perform calibration of instruments when necessary, issuing calibration certificate; • Meet demands arising from NR-10 activities aiming at regulatory compliance. Requirements: • Complete Technical Degree in Electrical or similar • Office Suite - Basic • ACTIVE CFT/CREA • Minimum experience of 5 years Desirable: • NR-10 Course • Basic English Interested?
