🎯 Candidate Requirements

✔ Proven experience in Oil & Gas Drilling Operations

✔ Experience on Onshore or Offshore Drilling Rigs is highly preferred

✔ Relevant trade certification, technical diploma, IWCF/IADC certification (where applicable), or professional qualification

✔ Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, rig maintenance, well control, rig safety, and drilling support operations

✔ Safety Officers should have experience with HSE management, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, incident reporting, and emergency response

✔ Medics should possess relevant medical qualifications and experience supporting remote or industrial work sites

✔ Good communication and teamwork skills

✔ Candidates available for immediate mobilization will be given preference
