✅ Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Operations is mandatory.
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, ITI, or Trade Certificate in the applicable discipline.
• Strong technical expertise in operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and plant reliability.
• Leadership and team management skills are essential for supervisor positions.
• Experience in Offshore Platforms, FPSO, LNG, Refinery, Petrochemical, Production Facilities, or EPC Projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of HSE standards, permit-to-work systems, and safe operating practices.
• Strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
